Yeppppp. Another smoothie. This time much larger thanks to ICE CUBES! Aww yeahhh. So. It’s in a bowl :) And if anyone’s wondering, the whole bowl is 210 calories. Also, xanthan gum is optional but it’s a thickener and makes this smoothie have a wonderful texture! If you choose not to use it, you may want to use less almond milk.
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (Optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 stevia packet
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
Blend it all in a magic bullet! Easy peasy :) I topped mine with puffed wheat and some crunchy flax cereal by Enjoy Life.
