Blame it on the weather, or blame it on laziness, but I’ve been making a lot of protein smoothies. Quick and fast and uh DELICIOUS.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend! I topped mine with more mango chunks and some unsweetened shredded coconut.
