I’m such a fan of pairing fruit with meat. It adds an extra “ping” to the meat that I find irresistible. This ended up amazing. Salmon tho <3
- 3-4 TBSP diced apple (20 g)
- 1.5 TBSP sugar free syrup
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp franks red hot sauce
- dash of coriander
- 6 oz raw salmon filet
Dice the apple finely and then mix it with the sugar free syrup, balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, and coriander. Marniade your salmon in this mixture for at least 1 hour in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place your salmon on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 375 F for 16-20 minutes, until it flakes. Serve!
