Sweet and Tangy Apple Salmon

I’m such a fan of pairing fruit with meat. It adds an extra “ping” to the meat that I find irresistible. This ended up amazing. Salmon tho <3

Dice the apple finely and then mix it with the sugar free syrup, balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, and coriander. Marniade your salmon in this mixture for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
