This dinner was soo easy but delicious! Sweet and spicy peach chicken with a side of spinach, edamame, sweet potato, honeydew melon, and goji berries. Plus extra sriracha cause I was craving spicy spicyyy all dang day. So yummy, I gotta make more of this!!
- 2 TBSP peach sweet potato jam (a no sugar Veggie Mama Brand natural jam)
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 4 oz raw chicken
Mix the jam and sriracha. Dip 4 oz raw chicken in the mixture. Put the chicken on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Boom done. 2 ingredients, maxxXxXz flavor.
