Breakfast: strawberries and cream chia pudding bowl. Strawberries, vanilla chia pudding, strawberry milkshake protein, strawberries, goji berries, and cranberry pecan granola. Layers hidden at the bottom (oooh, aaah, hidden): peanut/almond butter (5150nutbutter brand) and puffed millet. I’ve been obsessed with chia pudding this week. So refreshing and filling.
- 3 TBSP chia seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 stevia packet
Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl. Let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours) so it thickens.
When thick, layer with strawberries, strawberry protein, and whatever else your heart desires!
