Spiced Banana Bread Mugcake

Idk why this is so good to me right now but it’s like heaven. Spiced banana bread mugcake topped with maple brown sugar whipped peanut butter (JIF brand) and a wee drizzle of sugar free syrup. It’s like I’ve been transported to Fall Land, population: me.

Serves: 1

  • 1/2 mashed banana (50 g)
  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor protein
  • 2 TBSP almond meal/flour
  • 1 TBSP ground flax seed
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 stevia packet

First mash your banana. Add the remaining ingredients and mix them. Spray a bowl with nonstick spray and pour the batter in. Microwave for 2:30-3:00 mins. Flip onto a plate and eat or eat out of the bowl. With peanut butter of course.
