Mmm salted caramel protein cookiessssss filled with gooey goodness. Found a nifty recipe by @swallowfitness on Instagram and made some adjustments to make these yummy babies.

Makes: 10 cookies
- 1 cup ground up raw oats (80 g)
- 2 scoops salted caramel quest nutrition protein powder
- 2 stevia packets
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 whole egg
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp imitation caramel extract (Optional)
- 6-7 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 chocolate caramel Simple bar (Detour Bar brand)
In a bowl, mix everything except for the detour bar!! Mixmixmix it rull good. Roll the dough into 10 cookie dough balls, placing a slice of a chocolate caramel simple bar in the center of each. Bake at 350 F for 9 minutes. EEEEEAT.
