Yin & Yang. Why is banana ice cream so addictive?! It’s just bananas. Frozen. But something magical happens along the way I swear. I’m gonna set out a nana fairy trap and see what happens because something intense is going on. Gonna catch me a fairy. Banana ice cream + Pitaya (amazing frozen dragonfruit) topped with the new cocoa cherry square bars and a scrawwburryy . Everything about this made my morning happy & refreshing.
- 2-3 bananas
- 1 packet of Pitaya Plus
When a banana begins to ripen too much, slice it up and freeze it so that it doesn’t go bad! Once your bananas are frozen, take 2-3 frozen bananas from the freezer and place them in a food processor. The food processor is important; I’ve tried with a blender and it doesn’t come out right. Then just blend at a high speed!! You seriously don’t need to add anything, although you could add stevia or date sugar if you want. Next, remove a packet of Pitaya plus (frozen pitaya) from the freezer and repeat this process! So easy and delicious.
