Protein pancakes & crepes kick lately! They’re just too easy and also filling!! Now that I’m able to really feel good and workout 5-6 days a week again, it’s kind of also kicked me to be more conscious with my meals too. I’m still carrying 5-10 pounds that I gained from breaking my foot this winter, and I’m super motivated to lose it as well as get my physical capabilities back up to par :DD.
This was peanut butter protein pancakes topped with a chocolate peanut butter spread (sweetspreads PB & Sweet – it’ like peanut flour), sugar free syrup, chia seed babies, kiwi, & strawberries.
I’m kinda bummed bc my fibro pain hit me so hard Sunday night/Monday and I could barely function – I kinda guessed this, but now I’m 100% certain dairy antagonizes it. Gotta stick to just dairy free ice cream from now on meh. :( MY VICEEEEE.
- 1 scoop peanut butter marshmallow cellucor protein
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Just blend everything! Cook on a medium/low heat in a sprayed pan! It’s very easy and they get sooo fluffy!
