Peanut Butter “Nutella” Brownies

I dids it. I madez brownies. Protein brownies. Peanut butter “Nutella” protein brownies with more peanut butter on top because why not.

Makes: 9 brownies

  • 1 scoop peanut butter marshmallow whey protein (or chocolate. I use Cellucor)
  • 2/3 cup granulated stevia
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Rawmio (hazelnut or almond one is fine as long as it’s the chocolate spread that tastes like Nutella)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed, spray a 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour your batter in. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 mins. Cool and slice into 9 pieces. It’s always fudgier the next day after setting covered in the fridge!

      Yes of course!! I only post recipes if I feel they are memorable and I would make them again. If I don’t like it and don’t want to make it again, I wouldn’t take the time to share the recipe.

    With three whole eggs and a hazelnut butter in th recipe, would there be enough fat to sub pb2 for the peanut butter? Or would they not turn out right?
