I dids it. I madez brownies. Protein brownies. Peanut butter “Nutella” protein brownies with more peanut butter on top because why not.
Makes: 9 brownies
- 1 scoop peanut butter marshmallow whey protein (or chocolate. I use Cellucor)
- 2/3 cup granulated stevia
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Rawmio (hazelnut or almond one is fine as long as it’s the chocolate spread that tastes like Nutella)
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed, spray a 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour your batter in. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 mins. Cool and slice into 9 pieces. It’s always fudgier the next day after setting covered in the fridge!
