I made a 10″ paleo Hawaiian pizza – my favorite kind! The crust was made with Julian Bakery paleo pizza crust mix and it’s spectacular! Jesse, self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, scarfed it down then I told him it was paleo and he was like “O.O whoa I wouldn’t have known.”
Paleo Hawaiian Pizza
- 6 oz Paleo Pizza Crust mix (1/2 package, Julian Bakery Brand)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup all natural tomato sauce
- salt free garlic bread seasoning (Frontier brand)
- 2 oz nitrate free ham
- 3/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- handful of spinach.
Combine the crust mixture with water. Roll into a ball. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the ball on the parchment paper and roll out into a 10” crust. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove crust. Mix the tomato sauce and garlic bread seasonings. Evenly spread on top of the crust. Add toppings, and put it back into oven for 11-13 minutes.
