I’m such a fan of adding a sweet component into meat, especially the meatier fish or like… pork. Definitely worth trying!!
- 1 raw tuna steak
- juice from 1/4 orange
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 TBSP sugar free orange jelly
Spray a pan with nonstick spray. Add the tuna steak and the juice from the orange. Let the tuna cook on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the color lightens and the fish is cooked. Flip and repeat for the second side. Once the second side is nearly cooked, add the chili powder and orange jelly. Let it cook until the jelly melts and caramelizes around the fish. Then serve!
