Onion Garlic Chia Seed Flatbread

I made something so different than I’ve ever made before! Onion garlic chia seed flatbread! I toasted it then topped with smoked salmon and chives. Soo good; I can imagine serving it as an appetizer at a party!

Makes: 9 slices

  •  1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • and black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all of your dry ingredients to the bowl and mix evenly, then add your egg and water and mix! Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Slice into 9 pieces.

I then sliced them thin in half and toasted them like shown. It’s perrrfect toasted.
