I couldn’t sleep last night because I was thinking about snickerdoodles, so I got out of bed at 11:30 and made more cookies. I made no bake snickerdoodle protein cookies that took less than 10 minutes to make and are gluten free.
Makes: 10 cookies
- 2 scoops cinnamon swirl whey protein (cellucor brand)
- 1/2 cup snickerdoodle almond butter (Buff Bake brand)
- 3-4 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
Mix all of your ingredients. 3 ingredients, that’s it . Mixxxx well. It’ll be very thick; this is bueno. Once evenly mixed, roll into 10 balls. Flatten each ball on a plate. Refrigerate them for at least an hour; they get perfect. Then eat.
