I loved my taco bowls so much the night before, that I wanted to make mini pizza bowls this time! This would be soooo good as an appetizer for a party or something. Everyone come over; party at my place wooooo.
Serves: 1 (makes 4)
- 1 large la tortilla factory low carb tortilla
- handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup all natural tomato sauce
- salt free garlic bread seasoning (Frontier brand)
- 1/4 cup lactose free monterey jack and cheddar cheese shreds (Go Veggie! brand)
- 8-10 turkey pepperoni
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Cut 1 large low carb la tortilla factory tortilla into 4 even pieces. Then spray a muffin pan with a nonstick spray and press each piece into a mold. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes. Then put in spinach, all natural tomato sauce mixed with salt free garlic bread seasoning, cheese of choice, and turkey pepperoni! Then bake it all for 5-6 more minutes until the cheese gets melty. Eat!
