Dont mess with mah baked oats. I’m in a committed relationship with them.
- 1/2 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 TBSP sugar free maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp maple extract
- 1 stevia packet
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour into an oven-safe bowl or ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. Then top with stuff!
I topped mine with “caramelized” pears (cooked in a pan with sugar free syrup) and a cinnamon swirl protein cream (3 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 1 TBSP cinnamon swirl whey protein by cellucor, and 1 stevia packet). A wittle Qi’a on top for crunchies. I likey da crunchies .
