Perfect option for a lower carb “tortilla” and completely healthy!
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 tsp psyllium husk (Optional, but makes it sturdier)
- 1/2 tsp spices
Blend the ingredients together. Spray a large pan with nonstick spray and pour the egg white mixture in. Cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook 2 more minutes.
For this wrap, I used curry, cumin, and onion powder for the spices. Then I filled the wrap with spinach and baked salmon tossed in a tangy peanut sauce (1 TBSP peanut flour, 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp water, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, dash of black pepper, and 2-3 stevia drops).
