Low Carb Cinnamon Swirl Protein Waffles

Breakfast: low carb cinnamon swirl protein waffles, a caramel latte protein drizzle, some rawmio nut butter hiding to the side, buckwheat groats for da crunchycrunch, and a scoop of healthy cocoa dough Wink Desserts ice cream. Yeah so…this ice cream is indeed going on everything now. Just a forewarning.

Serves: 1

  • 2 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 stevia packet

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then cook in a sprayed waffle maker.

I topped mine with a caramel latte protein drizzle (2 TBSP cafe cream nutriforce protein, 1/2 TBSP walden farms caramel syrup, stevia, and water).
