I had this as part of my dinner tonight and it was even better than I thought it would taste! It came out perfectly crispy and satisfied my craving. And because it’s a low carb pita, the meal is very low carb and low calorie in general; so, it’s great for dieters! 220 calories.
- 1 Joseph’s Low Carb Pita
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1-2 TBSP Walden Farm’s BBQ sauce
- 1 oz mozzarella style almond cheese (or low fat mozzarella cheese)
- 3 oz baked chicken (4 oz when raw)
Place the pita on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375F for 8 minutes. Then, top the pita with the spinach, BBQ sauce, almond cheese, and already baked chicken. Place the pita back in the oven for 4-5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
