Has anybody tried this healthy ice cream??? They’re 100 cals a pint! And it’s sugar free, gluten free, vegan, dairy free, all the works!! I already know I’m in love; you know me and ice cream. I’m gonna make another plate of this asap. I love the texture.
- 1 lemon cream pie quest protein bar
- 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 1.5 TBSP coconut flour
Break apart 1 lemon cream pie quest bar and place it in a bowl. Add the unsweetened almond milk and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix/mash to break apart and dissolve the quest bar as much as possible. Add 1 egg white and stir more. Finally, add the coconut flour. Mix evenly. It’ll be moderately thick. Spray a ramekin or mini springform pan with nonstick spray and spread your batter inside. Bake at 350 F for 13-15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!! Best with healthy ice cream of course.
