I wasn’t TOO crazy about pizza when I ate unhealthy, so I rarely crave pizza now that I eat healthy… Howevaaaaaa. I got this new p28 flatbread the other day and knew I had to make a pizza. My favorite? Hawaiian. I was soo glad I happened to have the ingredients for this at the time because it. was. perfection. Absolutely satisfied my craving!
- 1/2 high protein p28 brand flatbread
- 1/4 cup Hunt’s all natural basil, garlic, and oregano tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 pieces turkey bacon
- 1/2 tsp oregano
First, Spread your tomato sauce on the flatbread. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. While that’s baking, cook the turkey bacon in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Once the flatbread has cooked for 10 minutes, add the chopped red onions, pineapple chunks, cooked turkey bacon (ripped up), and oregano. Place the flatbread back in the oven at 350F for another 10 minutes, or until it is the crispiness level you desire :)
