This is just… absolutely amazing. I’ve made this three times in the past 4 days @[email protected] So easy and delicious and fluffy and yum ok.
- 1/3 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop corfetti whey protein (cellucor brand)
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 stevia packet
First, grind the oats into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Cook in a sprayed waffle maker and you’re done!!
I topped mine with a buttercream icing, raw buckwheat groats, and chopped up double chocolate chunk quest bar. To make the icing, use a handblender to blend 1/3 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp imitation butter extract, and 1 stevia packet.
