Fruit Roll-Ups

Heyyyy I made fruit roll ups and I’m so giddy about it! It’s like I’m 8 again ok. I love gummies and all sorts of chewy fruity goodness but the store bought kind is loaded with sugar and corn syrup so I made some healthy fruit roll ups. Sooo easy too and just 3 ingredients. These are blueberry flavor but you can do almost any fruit! I’m gonna do raspberry next time .

Makes: 8-10

  • 2.5 cups of blueberry purée (or any fruit)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP stevia

Mix all three ingredients. For the fruit, I actually bought 5, $1 baby food packets in blueberry flavor since it’s already puréed and just pure blueberries, no sugar added. Saved a lot of clean-up than if I pureed it myself. I used all 5 to make 2.5 cups total of purée. Bananas would not work in this case though.

After you mix the ingredients, pour it onto a 11×16 silicon baking mat. I bought mine at bed bad and beyond. Spread the mixture evenly so it bakes evenly. Bake at 175F (or as low as the oven goes) for 6-7 hours until “dry”. Then remove, roll in parchment paper, and slice into 10 strips.
