This panini is packing so much flavor, I had to make it again the very next night. Which, if you know me, is saying a lot. Because I like to always try new things even if it’s only slightly different. This? Nope. Same exact way. Perfect.
- 4 oz lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 TBSP bragg’s liquid aminos
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 La Tortilla Factory low carb tortilla
Spray a pan with nonstick spray and add your turkey and onion. Sautee until the turkey is nearly finished cooking, then add the rest of the ingredients except for the tortilla. Sautee until the liquid is cooked off and the spinach is wilted. Place this mixture in the center of a tortilla. Fold and place on a panini press that’s been sprayed with a nonstick spray. Cook until the tortilla is lightly browned. Slice and eat!
