Just sittin outside enjoyin mah pahsicle. The summer weather has me craving popsicles so hard, so I made some amazing healthy cookie dough ones. I have an ice cream problem.
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (227 g)
- 1/2 TBSP vanilla extract
- 2 stevia packets
- 1 chocolate chip cookie dough Quest protein bar
- 2 TBSP cookies and cream 5150 nut butter
Mix the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and stevia packets. Break 1 chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar into small pieces and roll the pieces into balls. Add the cookie dough to the yogurt mixture and stir evenly. Place 1/2 TBSP cookies and cream 5150 nut butter inside different popsicle molds (so you need 2 TBSP total). Then separate the cookie dough yogurt mixture amongst the 4 popsicle molds, placing it on top of the nut butter. Freeze for at least 2 hours until hard.
