Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Frappuccino

Oi! I woke up feeling lazy this morning, so my breakfast was a quick apple pie crepe and a blended protein shake. It was a long week aaaand I was up late watching the Star Wars saga with Jesse. He’s seen it many times but I never have… so last week we began tackling all the movies.

This. Flavor. Was ridiculously good. It was definitely the addition of the peanut butter that made it wonderful. And the coffee. Actually who knows. ALL OF IT. Just do it.

Serves: 1

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 scoop peanut butter marshmallow whey protein
  • 1 TBSP coconut peanut butter
  • 10 hazelnut stevia drops
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (Optional, it thickens it! Recommended)
  • 8 ice cubes

Blend everything well and drink up! I added unsweetened coconut shreds on top of mine.
