- 1/2 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract (or vanilla)
- 1 stevia packet
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Mix all of the listed ingredients. Pour into an oven-safe dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 375 F for 28-30 minutes.
