These are just the same as the peanut butter pancakes I posted recently, but with a different flavor protein powder! I can’t stop making them lately! It’s cool because they’re like. 90% protein and just 245 calories. First time making them as little pancake rounds but thisssss is a winner. I like this.

- 1 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor protein
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Just blend everything! If you don’t use cellucor protein , add another tbsp coconut flour to thicken. Let sit 5 mins. Cook in a sprayed pan on medium until each side is lightly browned! Fluffy and yum.
