Cinnamon Matcha Protein Waffle

The only two things I need to be happy: waffles and ice cream. Cinnamon matcha green tea waffles topped with healthy chocolate halotop creamery ice cream. I really wish matcha flavor was more prevalent in the US D; I find such neat matcha flavored things online that AREN’T in the US and it makes me saddddd. Come on, America. I know the green can be intimidating but get some courage.

Serves: 1

  • 1/4 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor whey protein
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 stevia packets

Grind the oats into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Spray a waffle maker, pour your batter in, and cook! Easy peasy.
