Breakfast yesterday was baked pear halves piled with heaps of manbake cookie butter #heaps, granola, black mulberries, and sugar free maple syrup. For a second it felt like fall season again mmmm.
Cinnamon Maple Baked Pears
- 1 large pear
1/4 cup manbake high protein cookie butter
2 TBSP granola
2 TBSP black mulberries
2 TBSP sugar free syrup
Wash and cut the pear in half. Scoop out the core of the pear. Then place the pear back together and wrap tightly with aluminum foil. Bake this at 350 F for 45-50 minutes until soft. When you remove it, fill each half with 2 TBSP manbake cookie butter (it’s perfect for this, light hints of cinnamon paired with a blend of nuts like almonds, cashews, and flax seeds). Then top with granola, mulberries, sugar free syrup, and cinnamon.
