I rarely purchase turkey bacon because I don’t usually crave it for some reason, but once I buy it, I go crazy with it!  I’ve been wanting to make these foreverrrrr, and I finally did! So. So. Comforting.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grind the oats into a flour. Then add the remaining donut base ingredients except for the turkey bacon and blend again. Break up 2 strips of cooked turkey bacon and swirl it into the batter. Pour the batter into a donut mold sprayed with nonstick spray, forming 4 donuts. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then remove.

Make the cinnamon maple glaze by mixing the 3 lsited ingredients. Evenly distribute amongst the donuts.

You can top the donuts with more cooked turkey bacon if desired, like I did.
