- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl whey protein (cellucor brand)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 stevia packet
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1 apple chicken sausage (I used bilinskis from whole foods)
Blend everything together except for the apple and chicken sausage. It should be smooth and even. Stir half of the chopped apples into the batter. Cook the apple chicken sausage in a pan and cut into pieces. Stir half into the batter.
Cook the pancakes in a sprayed pan on a medium heat, making 5-6 pancakes. Top with the remaining cooked chicken sausage, diced apple, and sugar free syrup. Shoobeedoowop.
