Chocolate Orange Crepe

Yes please! Pre-workout this morning I got my protein fix with a chocolate orange crepe. I also had some fruit and kashi cereal to get some carbs in there as well! MAN I love crepes! Something about their swirly physique is so alluring and attractive. ;P

Serves: 1

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 TBSP chocolate whey protein
  • 1 TBSP pumpkin puree (can substitute with applesauce or banana)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 8-10 drops Valencia Orange Stevia drops

Blend all the ingredients; I used my magic bullet. Then cook in a medium/large pan that’s been sprayed with a non-stick spray for 3-4 mins per side. I prefer my crepes thin so I suggest the larger pan! I spread mine with sugar free orange jelly and a mixture of plain greek yogurt and chocolate stevia drops. Because you can’t deny extra chocolately flavor! Then wrappppped it up. I was happy. :D
