I announced the winners of my quest nutrition giveaway on Instagram so check that out!! This ended up being a great birthday week. The sushi 4 times this week contributed hahaha. ️️I love my sushi :3 it always leaves me feeling so refreshed.
- 1 scoop salted caramel quest protein powder
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 TBSP liquid egg whites (or 1 egg white)
- 2-3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 1 stevia packet
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cocoa crunch Square Bar
Mix everything in a bowl except for the Square Bar! Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and dollop your batter to make 10 cookies total. Then break pieces off the Square Bar to place on top. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes! That’s it!! You could easily change the flavor of protein you use or you can add whatever toppings!
