Makes: 2 cookie cups
- 1 scoop (50 g) chocolate chip abs protein pancakes mix
- 6 TBSP IMO fiber powder
- 6 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 chocolate chip caramel Detour Bar Simple Bar
Mix your first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Spray a cupcake tray with nonstick spray and pour your batter into two different cupcake molds (recipe makes 2). Slice a chocolate chip caramel detour bar Simple Bar in half and press one half in the middle of each of the two cupcake batters. Bake at 350 F for 17-18 mins. Enjoy!
