Chocolate cheesecake dessert flatbread hayyy. Sorry it’s been sooo long since I’ve updated life on my blog!! Lots of things have been happening in my life & big changes!! Monday was my first day as a happily self-employed, former CDC employee. Long story for now. More details in a YouTube video in my next post because I have a lottttt of thoughts to spew out. I’m excited for the future :).
- 1/2 P28 protein flatbread
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 Beechie’s Bakehouse protein brownie
- 1 TBSP crushed almonds
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
- 1 TBSP water
- 1 stevia packet
First, toast the protein flatbread in a toaster oven. While that’s going, make the cheesecake spread by mixing the yogurt and sugar free pudding mix. Spread this on the toasted flatbread! Chop up the protein brownie and place it on top. Also sprinkle crushed almonds on top. Then, mix the cocoa, water, and stevia to create a healthy chocolate drizzle. Pour in on top of everything!
