I made this for myself one day and actually felt bad that my boyfriend couldn’t enjoy how wonderful it was XD so I made a second one for him! :) Almost snagged it myself bahaha. This mugcake is an amped up mugcake that leaves you reeeally full :DD Woo.
- 1 chocolate brownie quest bar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 5-7 vanilla stevia drops
- 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP chocolate whey protein
- 5-7 stevia drops
Microwave 1 chocolate brownie quest bar for 8-10 seconds to soften. Flatten the quest bar and press it into a ramekin that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray. It will form your crust. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Mix the other mugcake ingredients. Pour it into your baked crust and microwave for 1 minute.
Make a chocolate icing by mixing the three listed ingredients. Top your mugcake and enjoy!
