You know me and my parfait love :DDDD This one is puffed millet, frozen cherries, espresso overnight oatmeal, unsweetened shredded coconut, and chocolate brownie coconut butter by Sweet Spreads.
Espresso Overnight Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 TBSP chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 stevia packets
- 1/2 cup puffed millet
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 TBSP chocolate brownie coconut butter (Sweet Spreads brand)
Mix all of the oatmeal ingredients in a bowl. Place in the fridge overnight so the oats soak and the chia seeds plump up. The next morning, layer it with the other layer ingredients, and enjoy!
