Carrot Cake Oatmeal

I like oats.

Serves: 1

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 TBSP carrot purée (baby food)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1 TBSP chopped pecans
  • Shredded carrot
  • Sugar free syrup (Optional)

Mix the oats, almond milk, carrot puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and stevia in a b owl. Microwave it for 1:30-2:00 minutes. Top the oats with pecans, shredded carrot, and splashes of almond milk and/or sugar free syrup if you want. Which you should. It makes it perfect :DD Enjoy!
