Cake Batter Protein Dip

A lot of you know how I looooove my preworkout sweet wraps before the gym. They give me the perfect jolt of energy before a workout. BUT the other day I did something totally different and it was deliciousssss. I also had a banana and sweet potato on the side though :D

Serves: 1

  • 2 TBSP oat flour (ground up old fashioned rolled oats)
  • 1 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp butter extract
  • 8-10 drops english toffee stevia (or regular)

Simpy mix all of the ingredients with a utensil and you’re ready to dig in! Use whatever you want for dipping. I cut up a Joseph’s Low Carb Pita and baked it at 375F for 6-8 minutes until it got crispy like chips. Wooo :D
