Buffalo Ranch Meatza

Heyyooo I’m dancin n happy. Meatza doesn’t make me miss pizza one bit. I’d say this surpassed any pizza I’ve had; it was outstanding!! Can’t go wrong with buffalo ranch.

Serves: 4

Meatza Base

  • 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup all natural salsa
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder

Buffalo Ranch Sauce

  • 1 prepared recipe of my Healthy Ranch Dip
  • 1.5 TBSP Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Style Sauce

Toppings

  • 8 oz cooked chicken
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado

Preheat the oven to 350F. Make the meatza base by mixing all of the listed ingredients in a bowl. Spray a baking tray with nonstick spray. Spread your meat mixture on the tray, forming a larrrrge round base. Then bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

Make the buffalo ranch sauce by making my healthy ranch dip, then mixing it with buffalo style frank’s red hot sauce. Spread this on your baked meat base.

Shred the cooked chicken and add on top. Also add broccoli and sliced avocado. Slice into 4-8 pieces and nom!

      The turkey for the base is baked, but not cooked before mixing it with the egg whites, oats, etc! The chicken on top though is cooked.

      I didn’t, sorry! When I do nutritional info, I use myfitnesspal to calculate it! It’s really easy to utilize by anyone and can be used online or as the app.
