This dinner was a good’n. I made buffalo ‘ranch’ bacon chicken wraps. Everything about this is love. Finger food is always fun and this is a spot-on ‘ranch’ dip. This would make a great snack food for a party appetizer!
Makes: 8 wraps (serves 1)
- 1 piece of turkey bacon
- 3 oz raw chicken
- 2 TBSP water
- 1.5 TBSP franks buffalo style red hot sauce
- 1/2 p28 flatbread
- 1/4 cup healthy ranch dip
Cook 1 piece of turkey bacon and set aside. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Place it in a pan with the water and 1 TBSP franks buffalo style red hot sauce. Cook until the liquid is gone and chicken is cooked. Combine the chicken with the ripped up cooked turkey bacon and another 1/2 tbsp franks red hot. Take the 1/2 p28 flatbread and place your chicken/bacon mix inside with my healthy ranch dip. Roll up, hold together with toothpicks, then cut into 8 bite sized pieces.
