Brookie

Ever heard of a Brookie? Well now you have and you have no reason not to try this healthy version :p. “Chocolate chip” cookie dough inside of a brownie? Uh yes please k. One of the best dessert combos everrrr – so yum.

Serves: 1

  • 1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
  • 3 TBSP raw old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1 TBSP raw cacao nibs
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 TBSP sugar free syrup
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract

Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds to soften. Manipulate and press into a sprayed ramekin to make a bowl shape. Grind the oats into a flour and mix the oat flour with the remaining ingredients. Place this in the center of the ramekin. Bake everything at 350 F for 15 minutes.
