When I was younger, my dad and I used to make a (rather unhealthy) version of this alllll the time. I got a new box of high protein p28 bagels recently so I was soo excited to make this! Even more fantastic than I anticipated.
- 1 p28 high protein bagel
- haldful of spinach
- 1/4 cup all natural tomato sauce
- salt free garlic bread seasoning (Frontier brand)
- 1 TBSP fat free cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Go Veggie! Lactose free shredded cheese
- 8 turkey pepperoni
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cut the bagel in half and toast. Place on a baking sheet. Top with spinach. Mix thel tomato sauce with salt free garlic bread seasoning (I buy mine on iherb.com). Distribute the sauce amongst the two bagels on top of the spinach. Put the fat free cottage cheese on each bagel. Then sprinkle the shredded cheese on each bagel. Cut 8 turkey pepperoni into 4ths and distribute amongst the bagels. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese gets melty.
