Apple Pie Sweet Potato Wedges

1- I see you judgin’ my mustard I will mustard how I want don’t judge my life #mustardlife bc mustard. And cholula and asparagus. I just like mustard okay?? 2- Apple pie sweet potato wedges oh my goshhh. I usually use cinnamon, but I never thought to use apple pie spice on my sweet potato wedges!! Sooo good and easy too it doesn’t really need a recipe! This was my dinner before friends come over for a New Years party!!

  •  2-3 large sweet potatoes
  • apple pie spice
  • stevia

First, wash and peel your potatoes. Then slice em up, keeping them moderately large (remember, they will slightly shrink in size in the oven!). Toss the wedges in a Ziploc bag. It sounds weird, but LIGHTLY spray them once or twice with nonstick spray. I find it adds a little crisp to it and also helps the spices stick. In the bag, toss on stevia & apple pie spice. I never measure, just add it slowly and keeping judging how much you want on it. Shake shake shake until coated evenly! Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and pour your wedges on it. Bake at 425 F for 30 mins, flip, then bake another 5-10 minutes until crisp! 

Addictive. I dipped mine in sugar cookie cashew butter (bare butter brand).
